Gusty winds will continue across much of northern Maryland...the West Virginia Panhandle and extreme northern Virginia into the late afternoon hours. Wind gusts between 20 to 30 mph are expected over the area...gradually diminishing into early evening. Isolated areas of flurries will also push into extreme north central Maryland...along the Pennsylvania border into early evening.
