High will move east of the waters this evening. A low pres system will track across the Great Lakes on Wednesday. A coastal front will try to move across the waters Wed...with a second low pres expected to form S of New England and lift across the waters Wed night. This low pres will likely deepen into a gale center as it heads into the Maritimes Thu into Fri. High pres should build back into the northeast for Fri and Sat. A cold front will push across the waters late Sat. E winds 10 to 15 kt...becoming SW 15 to 20 kt with gusts up to 25 kt after midnight. Waves 2 to 3 ft...except up to 5 ft at the Outer Harbor entrance. Rain in the evening...then a chance of showers after midnight with vsby 1 to 3 nm.
